with Sara Putney

ReMothering is the act of gently and compassionately nurturing oneself through attuning to and tending to one's own needs. Caring for ourselves as moms allows us to better care for our children, in turn healing generational trauma.

Sara’s mission is to guide mamas in emotional and financial healing to go from feeling anxious, overwhelmed and not enough to being abundant. This is established through community, nervous system education, somatic experiencing, and breathwork.

Sara became a mama in November of 2022; discovering how there's a need for more holistic support throughout the motherhood journey.

Sara comes from a lineage of trauma and addiction. Her birth parents were drug addicts and alcoholics who lost custody of her when she was 6 weeks old. She was raised as an only child by a single mother.

Growing up she always felt more sensitive and empathic than those around her. She had a hard time connecting to others and owning who she was.

In high school, she studied personal finances because she was determined to climb out of the lower middle class and create a life where money wasn't an issue. This foundation supported her in feeling safe to meet her own needs, which led to her discovery of Human Design and investing in spiritual coaches. Then, in ~2019, she was introduced to a form of breathwork that facilitates the release of stagnant energy and emotions in her body, cultivating even more safety and security in herself.

All of this experience has provided permission to be exactly who she is and create her most abundant life.

Sara is a Certified Financial Wellness Facilitator. She has paid off over $100,000 of her debt in 7 years, as well as bought her first home at the age of 24. She feels grateful for all that she has accomplished on her own.

Sara has a 200-hr certification in Trauma-Informed Breathwork & Chakra Healing.

She looks forward to sharing all of this medicine with you!

What Clients are Saying

“I was nervous to attend a breath work circle because it was something new to me, but Sara made it welcoming and comfortable. She created a safe space for people to express their feelings. She is so kind and sweet and even followed up after the session!” - Tamar

“Thank you for a wonderful experience! My biggest takeaway was feeling connected with other moms and being able to share our stories. I loved how everyone was so honest and real and not afraid to share their feelings and put themselves out there. I think that somatic breathwork has impacted my healing by allowing me to put the world on pause and really focus on myself for once. Even now a couple days later I’m noticing the difference, I feel lighter. I can’t wait to do another session! Thank you again.” - Melissa

“This was very much needed. My intention was to reconnect to myself and this journey was eye opening to many things I was keeping buried. I loved this, it was an emotional journey and I'm glad I wasn't alone in taking it, thank you so much for this experience.” - Ryan S.

“I'm still integrating everything, for sure. The confidence I gained in accepting how I want to show up in the world is taking hold deeper and deeper for me.” - Miranda

“It opened up so many things for me & really brought me deeper in my healing journey. I used to be a VERY open book when it came to mental health & the past two years I’ve completely shut down bc of trauma. I feel like that opportunity to rest really re-centered me in my spirituality & I don’t know that I’m fully ready to get back to sharing so openly, but it definitely made me feel like there are safe spaces out there for me to do it when I’m ready. I was so grateful for the connection!!” - Kayla
